中国清朝的最后一位皇帝佩戴着这块表。他的名字叫爱新觉罗-溥仪。我们不知道皇帝何时或如何得到这块表。但这块表是1937年的。1945年至1950年他们在苏联的时候，皇帝把这块表送给了他的翻译Georgy Permyakov。
