起初，救援人员无法接触到站在冰面边缘的儿童，因此救援人员最终使用气垫船将他们抱起并带到了安全地带。两个孩子都没有受到伤害。官员们已经发出警告，河上的冬季冰层还没有完全形成，仍然很薄，很危险。
