有机鱼子酱——三级
2026年3月3日 15:00西班牙南部里奥弗里奥的一家鲟鱼养殖场生产着号称全球首款有机鱼子酱。该产品仅含鲟鱼卵与盐，无任何添加剂，且全程在欧盟境内制作。鲟鱼在天然泉水中生长，以有机蔬菜和可持续来源的鱼粉为食。
兽医伊格纳西奥·阿尔巴·亚历杭德罗指出，该农场不催促鲟鱼缓慢的生长进程，任其自然发育。公司每年生产约两吨三种不同等级的鱼子酱，出口至日本、法国、英国等国。顶级鱼子酱每公斤售价可达8000欧元。此外，农场每年还销售约15吨鲟鱼肉。
管理层表示有机认证确保了高品质与绝佳风味。随着价格趋于亲民，西班牙餐厅正日益将鱼子酱纳入菜单。目前全球多数鱼子酱产自中国养殖场。
