周五，国际刑事法院（ICC）对俄罗斯总统弗拉基米尔-普京发出逮捕令，指控他犯有非法驱逐数百名乌克兰儿童的战争罪。
国际刑事法院首席检察官说，自2022年2月24日以来，数百名乌克兰儿童被从孤儿院和儿童之家带往俄罗斯。国际刑事法院称，这些儿童此后在俄罗斯联邦被放弃收养。
这一法律举措将使法院的123个成员国有义务逮捕普京，并在普京进入其领土时将其移交给海牙进行审判。该法庭没有自己的警察部队，依靠成员国进行逮捕。俄罗斯和乌克兰都不是国际刑事法院的成员；但是，乌克兰授予国际刑事法院起诉在其境内所犯罪行的管辖权。
