世界卫生组织发布了关于五岁以下儿童体育活动和睡眠的新指南。该指南重复了许多家长已经知道的内容。

儿童应该多动、少坐,并保证充足的睡眠,这样才能健康成长。1至4岁的儿童每天至少应活动3小时。1 岁以下的婴儿每天应活动数次。

世卫组织指出,2 到 4 岁的儿童每天观看电子屏幕的时间不应超过 1 小时。两岁以下的儿童根本不应该看电子屏幕。
