世界卫生组织发布了关于五岁以下儿童体育活动和睡眠的新指南。该指南总体上呼应了许多家长多年来一直在说的话。

一般来说,儿童应该多动、少坐,并获得足够的优质睡眠,这样他们才能身心健康地成长。1 到 4 岁的儿童每天应至少花 3 小时进行各种体育活动,1 岁以下的婴儿每天也应进行几次体育活动。

世卫组织指出,2 至 4 岁的儿童每天观看电子屏幕的时间不应超过 1 小时,小于 2 至 4 岁的儿童则根本不应观看电子屏幕。
