一只天鹅在湖面上飞行时发生了意外。一根树枝挡住了它的去路，它的头卡在了两根小树枝之间。它的身体悬在空中，脖子受到挤压。

天鹅很害怕，它动了动翅膀，试图逃走。它呼吸急促，眼睛里充满了恐惧。湖边的人们听到了它的叫声，感到非常悲伤。他们赶紧打电话求救。几分钟后，救援队赶到了。一名男子抱住天鹅的身体，扶住它的脖子，并折断树枝将它解救出来。然后，他们把天鹅送到了兽医那里。

兽医检查后说天鹅的翅膀和腿受伤了。救援人员把天鹅放在温暖的地方照顾。起初，天鹅很害怕，但很快就感觉好多了。两个月后，它又恢复了健康。救援人员把它带回了湖边。它等了一会儿，然后飞到了水里。其他天鹅也来到它身边，很高兴再次见到朋友。
