一些骑行者表示，关于骑行路线的新规定令人困惑。不过，警方希望这些罚款能促使人们更加谨慎。这些规定适用于所有16岁及以上的人群。如果违规行为非常轻微，警方首次发现时可能会仅给予口头警告。
