诺维奇城堡再次开放 – 第 2 层

人们在 1121 年建造了诺维奇城堡。现在，它在耗资 2750 万英镑的工程后重新开放。这座诺曼堡垒现在被称为人民宫殿（The People’s Palace），是英国最容易进入的城堡。
游客首次可以游览从地下室到城垛的所有五层。现代化的电梯甚至可以让轮椅和婴儿车到达屋顶。
在城堡内部，游客可以穿过重现的皇家房间，观看互动展示，还可以在大礼堂欣赏色彩斑斓的激光表演。新建的中世纪生活长廊（Gallery of Medieval Life）展示了来自大英博物馆的 900 多件古老物品。
