普拉达正在考虑收购卡普里控股公司（Capri Holdings）旗下的时尚品牌范思哲（Versace）。
该公司正与花旗银行（Citi）合作，决定是否出价收购。Capri 还拥有 Michael Kors 和 Jimmy Choo，但该公司面临销售下滑的问题。中国富裕买家的消费水平下降，全球奢侈品市场疲软。
去年，Coach 的所有者 Tapestry 取消了 85 亿美元收购 Capri 的大交易。现在，卡普里聘请巴克莱银行（Barclays）研究出售旗下品牌，包括范思哲（Versace）和周仰杰（Jimmy Choo）。分析人士认为，普拉达可能很难收购范思哲。其他公司也有意收购范思哲。普拉达和卡普里均未对上述报道发表评论。
