周五，俄罗斯披露了参与多国囚犯交换的一些俄罗斯人的姓名。
在德国被判犯有谋杀罪的杀手瓦迪姆-克拉西科夫（Vadim Krasikov）和阿尔特姆-杜尔特塞娃（Artem Dultseva）夫妇及其两个孩子参与了交换。杜尔采娃一家在斯洛文尼亚隐姓埋名，假装来自阿根廷长达八年之久。甚至他们的孩子也不知道他们的真实身份，他们在家里讲西班牙语。
16 人被从俄罗斯转移到西方国家，其中包括 7 名批评普京总统的俄罗斯人。获释的囚犯中有来自德国的弗拉基米尔-卡拉-穆尔扎、安德烈-皮沃瓦罗夫和伊利亚-亚申，他们对获释表示感谢，但不想离开俄罗斯。三名美国公民也被遣送回国，这对谈判了一年多的官员来说是一次成功。
