俄罗斯停止向奥地利输送天然气 – 3级

在涉及奥地利最大能源供应商 OMV 的付款问题上出现分歧后，俄罗斯停止了对奥地利的天然气供应。
争端的起因是 OMV 要求俄罗斯天然气工业股份公司支付 2.3 亿欧元，因为俄罗斯天然气工业股份公司未能向 OMV 的德国分公司交付承诺的天然气。由于储备充足，奥地利的天然气供应保持稳定。不过，这一决定凸显了自 2022 年乌克兰战争爆发以来，欧洲对俄罗斯天然气的依赖程度有所降低。目前，大部分俄罗斯天然气都流经乌克兰，但由于乌克兰不再续签过境协议，预计这条路线将在今年年底关闭。斯洛伐克作为主要客户，增加了天然气购买量，但奥地利拒绝向俄罗斯天然气工业股份公司付款，减少了流经管道的天然气量。
俄罗斯曾提供欧洲三分之一以上的天然气，但其市场份额已大幅下降。德国等国现在更加依赖挪威和美国提供能源。
