2026年3月6日 07:00欧盟委员会提议在所有成员国推行统一的非法枪支持有与使用刑罚标准。制造、贩卖或持有非法枪支者将面临2至8年监禁。分享3D打印枪支的数字设计图也将构成犯罪。当前各国法律差异助长了跨国枪支走私。 欧盟境内每年约有62万支枪支遗失或被盗，枪支暴力导致约1300人丧生。新技术的普及及欧洲以外地区的战争可能加剧该地区非法武器泛滥。该提案同时要求各国设立专门机构，加强非法枪支信息收集工作。
