从 2026 年 1 月 1 日起，进口到欧盟的钢铁、铝、水泥和类似商品必须缴纳新的碳边境税。
该规定将进口商品的价格与生产过程中排放的二氧化碳挂钩。欧盟表示，这一措施保护了已经面临严格气候规则的欧洲公司，并有助于保持竞争的公平性。进口商必须购买与货物碳含量相匹配的证书，价格接近欧盟碳市场。
